Booking methods

 Customers requiring mobility assistance must inform their tour operator prior to booking so that the tour operator can inform Jet2.com in advance and the necessary arrangements can be made for you.

Please note that if a person with reduced mobility arrives at check-in without informing their tour operator they require assistance; for safety reasons, we may not be able to allow them to travel. Therefore please inform your tour operator well in advance to avoid disappointment and disruption to your travel plans.
