Your hold baggage weight allowance is as specified on your passenger ticket or e-ticket.
Unless specifically requested otherwise by the Charterer of the aircraft, each travelling customer (excluding infants) has an allowance of 20kgs. There is no restriction on the number of bags presented at check-in provided the total weight of those bags does not exceed the ticketed baggage allowance.
Please ensure your baggage is strong and fit for purpose! Please note: We shall have no liability whatsoever for damage to articles not permitted to be contained in checked Baggage, including fragile or perishable items, items having a special value, such as money, house and car keys, jewellery, precious metals, cameras, computers, personal electronic devices including iPods, business documents or other valuables, passports and other identification documents, or samples.
